September 30 Deadline Approaching

Once again, the EB-5 Regional Center program is set to expire on September 30. While everyone in the EB-5 industry is optimistic that Congress will extend the program or make it permanent, there are no guarantees that this will come to pass. One possibility is that as a part of a reauthorization of the EB-5 program, Congress increases the investment sum (most likely to $800,000). If you or anyone you know are on the fence about investing in EB-5, now is the time to seriously consider making an investment — before September 30.
