Consultation

We provide in-person, telephone, and e-mail consultations. In order to fully assess your specific situation, it is necessary to spend time listening to and understanding your individual circumstances. Sending a short e-mail inquiry to us and asking “Do I qualify for EB-5?” is not a serious approach. Contacting a law firm and having a free consultation with a “newbie” lawyer is also a shortcut to a denial — 1–2 years later. If you are interested in finding the cheapest law firm, we are not for you. When it comes to EB-5, cheap is expensive. Your family’s immigration is too important to entrust with a “newbie” or to have a free consultation in which the lawyer will shade his consultation to make a final sale (after all, he cannot live on free consultations).

Because of the time involved to understand the entirety of your circumstances, we require the payment of an initial consultation fee in the amount of $200 (for up to 45 minutes of consultation time), which is credited to any contract payment should you decide to retain our firm. Sometimes after the consultation we will ask to review documentation first before providing our professional opinion of your eligibility. We will not ask for an additional fee.

Because we charge an initial consultation fee, you are assured an objective assessment of your case. We charge for the consultation and will apply our experience and expertise to honestly assess and advise you of the strength of your case and counsel you on how to achieve your goal. We take your case seriously; you should too.

Payment can be made via this link:

We are usually able to schedule a consultation within 24 hours of payment of the consultation fee. Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you.
